  • Badges and accreditations (e.g., NSDC Affiliated, NCVT Certified)
  • Institute logo URL, banner image URL, and website
  • Languages of instruction and past hiring partners

b. Employer Enquiries

When employers contact institutes through CampusConnect, we may collect their name, company, phone number, and email address as provided voluntarily.

c. Automatically Collected Information

When you access our website, we may automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. We use this data to improve our service and analyse usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To list and display approved institute profiles on the platform so that employers can discover and connect with them
  • To facilitate communication between employers and institute placement cells via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • To review and moderate institute submissions before publishing
  • To enable skill-based and location-based search across listed institutes
