Welcome to CampusConnect, operated by SalaryBox. By accessing or using our platform at campusconnect.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. About CampusConnect

CampusConnect is a frontline hiring platform that connects employers with ITIs (Industrial Training Institutes), polytechnics, nursing schools, NSDC skill centres, and other vocational training institutes across India. It enables institutes to showcase their profiles, skills, and graduating batches, and helps employers discover and connect with the right talent pipelines for their hiring needs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CampusConnect. By submitting an institute listing or using the platform as an employer, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Institute Listings

  • Submission: Institutes (ITIs, polytechnics, nursing schools, skill centres, and other vocational training providers) can submit their profiles for listing on CampusConnect. Submissions must include accurate details about the institute, skills and trades offered, batch sizes, graduating months, and placement officer contact information.
  • Review & Approval: All institute submissions are reviewed and approved by our admin team before going live on the platform. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards or contain inaccurate information.
  • Contact Visibility: By submitting a listing, you acknowledge that the placement officer's name, designation, phone number, and WhatsApp number will be displayed publicly on your institute's profile to enable employer outreach.

4. Employer Use

Employers can browse institute profiles, search by skill or location, and contact institutes directly through the contact details displayed on each profile. Employers agree to use the platform solely for legitimate hiring purposes and to communicate with institutes professionally and respectfully.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Impersonate any person or organisation
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Post spam, irrelevant content, or fraudulent institute listings
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to platform systems or admin areas
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
  • Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited communications to listed contacts
  • Use contact information obtained from the platform for purposes unrelated to hiring

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit (institute profiles, logos, descriptions). By posting content on CampusConnect, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
  • We reserve the right to remove, hide, or modify any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
  • The CampusConnect name, logo, design, and all platform code are the intellectual property of SalaryBox. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

CampusConnect facilitates connections between institutes and employers but does not guarantee any hiring outcomes, placements, or responses. We are not a party to any agreements made between institutes and employers, and we do not endorse or verify the hiring practices of any employer using the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

CampusConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, the availability of the platform, or the outcome of any hiring process facilitated through the platform.

SalaryBox and CampusConnect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Listing Removal & Suspension

We reserve the right to remove any institute listing or restrict access at any time if the listing contains false information, violates these terms, or is harmful to the platform or its users. Institutes may also request removal of their listing at any time by contacting us.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CampusConnect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
